Particularly the people born early to mid 70's. There seemed to be a shave/wax everything vibe. Maybe it's because of the 80's Hollywood porn, steroided big dicks, dreadfull, fake-boobed hairless ochre-tanned women. Thank goodness reality is coming back into fashion. |

"I shave/trim because it's how I prefer to keep myself. It's absolutely nothing to do with porn or anyone else. It's my preference to keep my body the way I want. "
Total agree.. there is a difference between a well manicured and trimmed lawn to 15 celebrities lost in a jungle.

Hair is ok yes, wonderful even. And you may prefer all things natural but no need to bash how others prefer to fashion their body, is there? |

I shave because it's exactly how I like to look after my body. That's how I like my body to look and feel.
I don't judge anybody for what they want to do with theirs.
Hairy bodies have less appeal to me and it's nothing to do with porn.
(and I don't watch it). |

I tried once to say that for and on myself I prefer how it FEELS and that my ocd is soothed by the cleaner FEEL of tidy trimmed waxed or shaved at various different times. But I got crazy blowback from the hairylovers brigade making unfounded rants at me.
Seems it's cycled back around to be trendier now for a 70s bush for a section of folk and, as is the way these days, if you're not for it you're against it and a brainwashed porn loving pervert who likes to look like a teen
I get the advantages to wash&go, must save heaps of time and effort, but I don't like either the look or the feel on myself or on others.
It's a matter of PERSONAL CHOICE and I'll filter out potential matches based on this just as I would any other physical feature.
Definitely seems like the eachtotheirown notion is only for virtue signalling for some, doesn't get past the surface. |

Hair is okay.
As is no hair.
I don't think a woman looks like a child without hair or it looks awful.
I also don't think hair looks bad. Isn't hygienic. Less clean etc.
I'm growing hair for the first time since I started growing hair. And I love it. It makes *me* feel more womanly and sexy. I think that's it really, what makes the other person best, regardless of trends. |

I think is hilarious that its called the '70's bush... when obviously it was the human look for centuries/millenia!!! But pubic hair first appeared in the mainstream in the 70's and thus it was labelled.
Anyway.. we are cool with whatever people choose for themselves and can be anywhere on the shaven/unshaven spectrum ourselves |

Never been fully onboard with the completely shaven look, always found it a bit creepy.
The trend towards this definitely seemed to come about around 20 years ago with the proliferation of internet porn. You may not watch it but many are indirectly affected by it.
Definitely prefer some there whether it's full bush or neatly trimmed. |

i personally think its nothing to do with fashion or porn its a personal preference whether it be trimmed, shaved, waxed or natural look. i think that a trimed or smooth pubic region looks more hygienic than a full on bush,
(and before i just attacked with abuse, i am not saying having a bush makes someone unhygienic,i just feel it looks like it in my opinion)
it is a case of each to their own

Do you think people look unhygienic if they have hair on their heads? |

to jump on what someone has said an take it out of context. you don't agree with my opinion and that's fine but it doesn't make my opinion wrong. i was talking about tthe subject this thread is about, nothing else |
