Now I'm a massive boob lover, just love licking and sucking boobs and nipples. However I'm never quite sure what to do with pierced ones!.

Can't suck them the same and I feel like I might hurt the propieter of said nipples!

Had an ex with them, they were fun to play with and she enjoyed it. Said they felt more sensitive - I don't think you have to so anything different though and she definitely didn't mind being rough with them

Both mine are pierced and love them being played with. Biting sucking licking pulled.mine are very sensetive .. Just treat them the same as a none pierced pair. Cant go wrong they wont bite you lol

I used mine the same as I did before they were pierced. Had no issues. Ask your partner if unsure.

Personally no, not for me, just make sure you get them done professionally, I have a ring and a bar(pics in profile) so can be played with in different ways
