Hi guys we would like your in put. We owen a small farm in east sussex and are looking at ways to diversify. We are thinking about all the normal ideas one of which is a camp site. Would people be interested in a swingers only camp site? |

I’m sure there’ll be demand, but you will need to consider whether to restrict single chaps booking. I’m not saying - ban; just think through (as the clubs do).
Good luck! |

Yes, this is a very camp site.
Lots of "straight" men messaging straight men.
Oh, sorry... I get you.
Seriously though, I think that would be a fantastic idea ad way to diversify a business of this nature. |

Oh great, something else single guys get excluded from! |

Not excluded, just managed. Or would you prefer to book and realise upon arrival that there is literally not a single female or couple there?

If you had a naturist site where swinging is allowed then that would be extremely popular.
There is a huge demand for naturist caravan sites and so little supply, the swinging side would be the icing on the cake. |

Excluded or managed, same thing. |

Good idea but in reality it will also limit your occupancy as a swinging camp site is more niche than a general one so sometimes you will have a few or possibly no customers when general public ones are busy. |

If you build pods or shepherd huts you could dual use them by setting aside dates for singers to stay. If you have a spare barn it could be set up as a bar entertainment area and used as a play area for the swingers events
Been thinking about this myself |

Very much so but particularly if it were were clothes optional too. This would be perfect for us. We are naturist in everyday life and spend our summer exclusively staying at naturist camps because we don't like clothes when the weather is nice. So as long as we can be naked and free on site then we'd be totally booking |

We have done this quite a lot as we used to be in a swinging bikers group and travel the country all meeting up for a weekend at different camp sites booked just for swingers for the weekend and it was very successful until we had to close it down out of respect after an very unfortunate accident. What the camp sites did was put us well out the way of the vanilla campers so that we could do our thing. Hope that helps |

if you are looking to diversify then it is about getting the most return from your investments. a swingers campsite is going to seriously limit the number of people to stay on the site.
if you took bookings though you could have a swingers week/weekend and limit the bookings that way.
plus you would have to be prepared for the planning applications/questions etc from the limited use of the site.
they will ask you a lot of questions about the use of the land and can place limitations on the site. |

You’ve posted in a forum on a swingers website asking people who have a profile on the swingers website because they’re interested in or actively participate in swinging, whether they’d be interested in a swingers only camp site? Were you unsure whether the swingers who have a profile on the swingers website were interested in swinging? |

What you mean like most clubs that charge single guys more than anyone else and have to prebook but no one else does and yes it does happen all single guys no couples no females but clubs are happy to take money and watch 10 single guys walk around like lost sheep |

Hi guys. Would anyone be interested in coming camping on the 15 & 16 september at our farm. We would love to get a group of like minded people together to look at and discuss the development of our camp site for next year. Please note the only facility on site at present is running water. We based near Battle East Sussex.
We appreciate this limits who can attend. When we open next year we will have the facilities for all camper in place hopefully including hot tub and sauna etc. |

I was going to say similar. You are narrowing down your income stream making it swingers only.
Open the campsite to all with some weekends reserved solely for Swingers.

There was or maybe still is a naturist club called Mill Bank on a operating sheep farm.
Could this be the same place as I used to be a member many years ago loved the place so peaceful.
Good luck with your venture we will attend so may have to sleep in my van. No caravan or tent. |

I would definitely as I must admit I don’t know of any places in the uk or outside the uk that are for swingers and I think there would be plenty of interest. If I had the money I certainly open a place for swingers in Worcester x |

If you haven’t already you can list on PitchUp or equivalent, list it as adults only/naturist friendly and I’m sure it will attract right crowds.
Hopefully you don’t have issues with local authorities.
Have to be very careful about how you market it that it doesn’t fall under sexual entertainment business that then needs a licence.
So a disclaimer like:
“This is a naturist camp site for adults only. Anything that happens between consenting adults is their decision and not encouraged by site owners. We ask that all visitors conduct themselves in a way as to not offend others.” |

"The access is good. The lane looks narrow but it is not. The gate into the field is 15 foot wide and we have run 8 wheeler lorries and 18 foot trailers through it."
That sounds great...sorry to ask probably a stupid question but in the past we have been to sites and had difficulty getting in and we wouldn't want to get all excited about visiting and then find we are sat looking over the gate and unable to join in! Lol. |

Was thinking exactly the same, so commercially it would be better to have swinging weekends / weeks, where swingers have to book using a code word (e.g. 'Fab', or give their profile name), non swingers are told that the site is fully booked.
With regard to the comment of a naturist site that allows swinging, not all naturists are swingers, so it probably wouldn't work unless any swinging activities are private, but difficult to manage.
