Just come back from PDI and our hotel rooftop terrace had a naturist area. Two German men in two different couples were wearing cock rings while sunbathing. They were there for several hours. If the ring is not tight, there's no problem, it becomes little more than jewellery. Once erect they prevent the normal flow of blood, extended use can cause serious & permanent damage... having the correct size is also important for the same reasons.

I agree with this. For me it's an extra level of fun, I don't "need" to wear one.

I have worn one for over a week, and regularly for 48 hours or so. I don't need to in any way but love the weight anf the way it pulls my balls forward. Got to admit I do enjoy when someone notices..... |
