This is often discussed in chastity groups and promoted by some devotees but there seems little evidence that there’s any long term shrinkage. I’m sure Mistress will promote regular uncaging for hygiene and teasing. |

As someone who has been in two cuckold relationships in near permanent chastity I can confirm there appears to be slight but noticeable shrinkage, but also it doesn't appear to last that long after released. |
