"I hope it means that the person genuinely understands discretion. Quite a lot of people don't seem to"
this .... im very discrete about whom i meet i dont talk to other swingers about my meets and i expect the same in return its about respect more than anything else ... quite often get ask about my meets my answer is mind your own business it one of the reason i dont display my veris or indeed need them..
the only way ill share details amongst my friends on the scence is if someone has been a compleate asshole/ dangerous then as we do in our friendship groups away from fab share names and face pics but for me to do that they need to be a total asshole others will share crap ,eets and no shows i refuse to go that far ..... would recomend any women and couples starting up a word of mouth group it really does help sort the messers |

"When discreet is written in a profile, what does that mean.
Not gonna be shouting swinger from the rooftops "
Usually applies to accomodating in their own home. No outrageously obvious clothing or loudness on the way in that wakes up the nosy and blissfully unaware neighbours |

Interesting responses amd very varied.
So for say a married cheating guy I guess it applies
In all honesty who really broadcasts their personal business in public
I don't and I would like to think that no-one else does . Obs I mean the swinging scene

Exactly.
So those who feel the need to state discretion are either actively hiding things or have no concept of how reasonable people behave in these situations.
Is how my brain interprets it anyway |

Naturally I assume a common level of keeping people's private affairs as private as I assume they will ours.
Therefore in the world of FAB I generally read the use of the term digression as way of indicating their behaviour (or joint behaviour sometimes) is behind the back of a partner/s. Basically it's a softer way of indicating they're cheating (or at least one half of a couple is).
I know this isn't always the case. Some are in situations/employment/part of a community where a failure of digression is more a risky or dangerous to them than for most of us. But generally I read it as there is a partner out there somewhere that doesn't know what they are up to. |
