So you’re chatting, you share a couple of messages back forth… when is it okay to ask for a face pic?
As fab etiquette tends to dictate, you’ve shared a face pic with your first message so when should you expect one back? |

I've chatted to people for a while before asking. Not always because a meet is planned, but eventually I'll just pop the question in a nice way out of idle curiosity. Tbh most tend to send them quite soon off their own back if there's good chat and you're getting along.
If someone cuts me dead after I've asked? I'll leave it there. It's a good hint that the chat may have just been to kill time and won't go anywhere long term. So I won't pay as much attention to them moving on. But it's all good. You won't be attracted to everyone or attractive to them either. If the aim is to meet then that's important. For general chit chat does a face really matter? |

It's maybe best not to ask at all, if someone wants to send face pics they will. There's no fab etiquette to send in a first message, it's just what some ask for. Personally if someone sends face pics and we'd like to meet them we'd send pics back. |

I always send a face pic on a first message. I don’t expect one back but if they reply and engage in conversation then I will ask if they would consider sending one. I think it’s reasonable to ask, if they say no or not yet I’m fine with it. As someone said above, they either aren’t interested in meeting really or possibly a man haha |

I usually send a face pic on first message. In my experience people who are likely to meet will tend to respond with one pretty quickly. People who don’t send one are a lot less likely to meet and I use that as a signal to move away from the conversation. |
