Look at our pics lol we use ours mainly to suspend her from while she's getting a good flogging, they can be used to add a bit of discomfort if wanted, but she says they also just feel really good!

I had an anal hook in once, it was attached to a collar, I had to keep my back arched to not ch0k3 myself. It was good
