Finding a suitable location for a swingers party....

A few Fab friends are trying to find a suitable location to hold their next swingers party, but this time round they are really struggling 
They have spent hours and hours scrolling through and contacting owners on the usual accommodation booking websites, but most places now say 'no parties' or have lots of CCTV and we cannot get away with the gatherings we like to have! 
A club has been considered but they've been told they cost thousands to hire for one night  , that doesn't include access to their bar and then there's the added cost of finding a hotel for the night
Ideally it would have to be somewhere with lots of bedrooms to play in - 6 rooms plus and with no nosey neighbours 
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!  |

VA has accommodation on site, although we've never stayed there.
Eurekas has 'chalets' (sheds) you can stay in although they are a bit grim and you have to go in a trek for the loo.
Surely an Airbnb is the answer. We've had a couple of Christmas swingers parties in large houses over the years. I guess it depends on the definition of 'party' when you book it.
Is 6 couples having a few drinks together, some food, and lots of sex a party? |

VA could work  we'll give then a call
I love Eureka's ❤️ but not ideal for this idea unfortunately
Airbnb have been their main search site, but it's been a struggle to find a place to tick all the boxes TBH I think 50 + ladies dressed in their favourite lingerie might get the neighbours talking in the sleepy villages  |
