i went with one guy who had this years ago and found it not good at all he had a albert and bars in his ball sack and between his balls n and starfish oral was awkward kept bashing my teeth on the albert and also afraid to catch soumething and hurt...

Not for me, I'd be too conscious of it and any potential damage. I'm. Not keen on the aesthetic either.
