Like the title says really. How has swinging improved your marriage / relationship? Obviously not relevant if you’re not in a relationship
None of my exes were into swinging so i can’t answer personally |

Doesn't matter cant block distances |
I've only been in long term friends with benefits situations. So thankfully I've had limited dating heartbreaks and would never be in a "relationship" ever. Fir me it's the only time a guy is honest communicates and consistently puts the same effort he did to get you to keep you... Once they date marry they stop and start cheating..
I prefer the honesty and the continuous desire. |

"Not sure it has.
Why only asking women?🤔"
Because my exes were against it - I never asked directly, only indirectly - so wondering how it’s benefited women who do it. Suppose men can answer too |

Improved communication, openness and being able to broach things with each other has had a positive impact on us.
We are communicating much better about many other aspects of life and not just swinging. |
