A Club with a dance floor

Hi everyone,

Those of you that visit Clubs, are there any that have a party atmosphere, as in a bar/busy dance floor?

We have been considering a Club visit for a while and enjoy a drink and a boogie when having a night out. Is this something that happens in Clubs before maybe heading off to a room later in the evening?

Thank you,

J x

Most swinger clubs have dance floors but how busy they are depends on how good the music is. We have been to a few clubs in the southeast now and in our opinion the best and busiest dance floor of them all is Penthouse Playrooms in Dunstable. But, pick your event night wisely as they have different DJs for different events. Feel free to ask me more if you want advice on the club.

Xtasia in Birmingham has a great atmosphere with a dance floor, it's one of the best clubs j ever been too. It even had 2 alfa romeo cars upstairs for dogging. Great club

Attic in Derby has a great dance floor. Next door to the bar , and it's byob. Win win for us. 👌👍👍

Give it a try. You'll love it. Xx

Agree with the 2 posts above, xtasia is our local and we've been to the attic once, both great clubs, we'd say xtasia probably has more of a nightclub feel

The Attic is ideal - dance for with poles, byob, no compulsory dress down.

As long as we don't kill the groove I think we may just get away with it.

If not, I'll have 999 ready on speed dial 😁

Thanks for all your suggestions everyone! It sounds like there's more options than I initially thought.

Sorry for what may sound a daft question, does anyone just have a drink and a dance and not go and play? Not sure of the etiquette (not sure that's the right word but hopefully you know what I mean)

You sound exactly like us, we've been in the scene for about 3 years now & have never been to a club.

Also just want to dress naughty, have a dance & maybe play if we find the right people xz

Lots of couples go to clubs for the atmosphere and don't play with others. It's not compulsory 🙂

We do not have a vast amount of club experience, but Penthouse Playrooms has a dance floor.

A huge plus for my wife who loves to dance.

Dancefloor at Atfic is vast improvement on the old venue, used to be a bit of a distraction off a corridor whereas now with a decent DJ setup and good seating it’s a fun and very busy areas

Xtasia dancefloor gets an honorable mention too and more like a traditional club/bar vibe in that part of the club.

Penthouse is good dancefloor but bit out of the way and didn’t think much of the music on couple of times we have been.
