Girthy 8 is the ideal. Can enjoy bigger if they have some flex. A massive one that’s like a steal rod can be uncomfortable in certain/most positions but I have had massive ones that have felt great because they’ve had a bit of “give”.

A big one that’s a bit spongy and bendy but still firm can feel awesome.

Basically it depends on the cock as much as the person receiving it.
