No events or parties of any description are allowed to be held in any property listed as an Airbnb and could result in the host being prevented from listing their property.

Like others have said be VERY wary that many of these places have very state-of-the-art CCTV, often operating very discreetly.

It may not be an issue of course but I think it needs reiterating, just in case.

Never used Airbnb but have booked apartments on sites like booking.com etc. Check the reviews and look at things like keys collected from a box etc. That suggests there's no reception.

Unless you have signed away your guest rights they cannot stop you having guests.
