Surely it’s easy to achieve if arranged well. Maybe organise early to give people time to test and present results. Or you tell them exactly where to test and send results so that it can be viewed online and cross-checked against IDs, so that no one fakes the test results.
Question is: how many men would be patient enough to go through these hoops?

Testing does help, but it’s only a indication at that time you are clear. Lots could have happened since.
But testing as well as prep and doxy remove a fair amount of that risk, plus having the snip or alternative birth control also reduces the likelihood.
It’s a matter many different approaches to stay safe, but as with anything there will always be a risk |
