It keeps happening to me, from time to time. I think my HRT patches help, at least to some extent, as well supportive people around me.

Testosterone gel was the switch for me along with hrt patches. Improved energy and libido.

I hated feeling like my mojo had gone. It felt like I was a different person. Flat.
