Hi all…
We were at BGHS a few weeks back. After our visit a fabber reached out and said he saw us there. We had some online banter / chat and after a few messages back and forth and because we have a single M profile, I asked if he could validate us.
He came back with this ‘Sorry, but i dont think that right, we have never met or chatted in person..
Validation should be made and done correctly.’
So does this mean that you can see someone in the flesh, chat to them online about the time you saw them but then not validate because you never actually met directly or chatted? Despite not chatting ‘in person’ at the time, he spoke highly of my wife seeing her there etc…
Can validations not take several forms; I saw them they are real, I met them and had a nice chat, we had a little fun together etc?
It didn’t sit well with me and got me thinking, maybe he saw our review about BGHS and then just chanced his luck by saying he saw us, when in fact he hadn’t?
We would appreciate fabbers thoughts on when you validate. Personally we felt if you had seen them, particular at a place like BGHS, you could validate you saw them and they are genuine… an honest review of what happened.
Ps. We understand you may say ‘get a couples profile’. But we have the one / my single M profile because we did have a couples one and Mrs as a newbie got intimidated and frustrated in equal measure by the level of bombardment. It’s that simple.
Thanks for reading and and happy fabbing. |

People will play all sorts of tricks on here. Block him back and move on.
As you say, he was probably chancing his luck by saying he saw you when in fact he wasn't even there and just read your club review.

I can see both sides to this, He may well have been trying it on.
But as you're here as a single male, if you were verified as a couple by someone, admin may change you to a couple profile to make it more accurate.
I'd only verify someone if I'd actually interacted with them.
As said he could have just seen your review and tried to blag it,the blocking looks suspicious. |

Thanks for your note and yeh, we get the whole single male suspicion… firstly, he originally reached out and secondly after a while of chatting I asked for the validation.
As you know, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to suss out in a very short time whether you are genuine or not.
But the point of the post was exactly your point - to us interaction = being in the same room. Supposedly he sat opposite us in a sauna checking my wife out isn’t that interaction? |

For me, that’s not interaction. That’s just him looking.
We don’t verify people unless we’ve at least chatted to them in person.
