We haven’t been to a club together (male has been with previous partner), and wondered if it would be awkward being so much older than the average club-goers, who seem to be in their 40s? Would it bother you having oldies around? |

I would say that if anyone is bothered by having older people around that's on them. We're allowed to be seen out, take up space and do things we want to do.
As my 98 year old dad says "you have to live until you die". If you really think about that he's right. |

I'm on the opposite side of this
Before I went to one I was slightly put off as I'd probs it was looking like I was the youngest one there by at least 10ish years
But when I went everyone was super nice and welcoming
So I doubt youre too old to a club |

Great advice. I know lots of people who are older than I who enjoy clubs. A certain gentleman celebrated his 71st birthday last week at a club being spoilt by 9 ladies.
He's a lucky old bugger.

ill say one thing thats to me makes a club night a very good club night and i truly mean this the best nights are when the club is totally mixed ie all shapes n sizes all age groups all sex's and str8 bi gay trans tv/cd all cultures and thenall kinks/sexual preference/play those nights are normally magical.
i cant stand clubs /parties/nights that are hand picked to suit a certain size or age.
so older swingers are essential to this scene and our clubs and are respected and loved by many |

I was in a club in Leicester, two females 71 and 74 in the afternoon chatting up the man, he was about 35 and she said well are you going to take me to a private room and he noddy yes and she said can my mate join in as well. Bless them x |

Mid 60s if definitely not too old. You maybe be a less numerous demographic on the club scene but theres still a fair few in your age range (and probably more represented than those in their 20s). In our time on the club scenes we've meet some awesome people 60+. And we know there are some 70+ on the club scene. I think like us most people don't really consider age, they just take people as they find them and are attracted to who they're attracted to. So if you want to go to a club don't waste any time and go. You will be very welcome.

Never too old and it’s great to have clubs with a mix of people, including ages - they would be boring if everybody was the same. And agree that they are welcoming to all and probably less intimidating than other scenarios. Hope to see you at one soon! x |

I guess it depends upon how you present yourselves. We still enjoy the clubs and rarely leave without a few successful encounters, often with much younger people. S is particularly popular with the younger guys. |
