I think series 1 opened me up to the swinging world

What’s others views on the programme?

I lasted 6 minutes tonight before I had to turn it off. It's just a love island-esque pile of nonsense that doesn't really refect true swinging. I agree though that it does get people interested in non-monogamy, so it has its purpose, but it's just to staged for me.

The 1st couple look like a train crash before they’ve started, she has trust issues, what can go wrong!

My experience of TV and producing is the closer you get to it the further from reality it becomes. They make programs to sell and attract viewers, not to be factual or truthful.

I recognise one of the girls from the last scene when the guy had about 6 girls with him and his Mrs was hearing out the window. The girl I recognise is French and used to be on here

just somewhere around here

It was awful. It just shows that men just want lots of girls and women are expected to want girl in girl sex!!!!! It is so cliched....it makes the non monogamy world a joke.

It’s not ‘real life’ but has got many vanilla folk talking. Any exposure is a good thing as long as it’s not seedy.

I’ve only seen a couple of episodes.

On one hand it’s good because it sheds the associations of it being seedy and for older people.

On the other hand it does seem that some of the people are on there to pose and for clout.

I guess you can’t have both

The trailer brought us into the life. Programmes are a bit too sensational around who's more problematic though.

We have shouted at the telly!

I've watched all three series.

I think it's unrealistic and potentially damaging to some relationships. Its good that it shows the doubts, fears and problems people face with some attempt to solve them but the 'experts' obviously have an agenda set by the show to put people in situations that will cause further conflict, it's telly after all and if people weren't crying nobody would watch 😉.

Its a beautiful setting with lovely rooms, a pool, yurts and a hot tub big enough for 4. A far cry from a Premier Inn on a rainy Tuesday

Chez _elaxed couple is a decent half way measure though. Just saying.

I'm sure it's more than half way decent.

Are you in Croatia? May I ask you a question?

I feel like S1 started with good intentions. I fear the further it's gone on, the closer to scripted reality it is. A couple on the third series (who were supposedly just trying it out after some male infidelity) were actually on here for a good while beforehand and were also adult content creators.

There's some massively poor advice being touted by the so-called therapists and coaches. In the second series, a guy was quite blatantly in need of a hotwife situation, but he couldn't quite verbalise it. The coach told him to try fucking a woman, rather than starting what would have been a pretty helpful discussion about what a hotwife or cuckold relationship may look like. All that does is makes similar guys watching think there's something wrong with them.

I just watch it for entertainment value now, it's really quite silly when you know it's about as real as TOWIE 😄😄

I feel the program has created a preference for perfect body swingers which in reality is not actually the norm. We were hoping that the program would feature all shapes sizes etc but obviously that doesn't make for good telivised viewing. Naked attraction is another program that started out with a mix of age and shape but now sticks to the good Television ethos which is why Anna dropped out as well as her relationship break up taking its toll.

You can tell when the program is on TV as numbers on Fab increase dramatically. They ebb away once people realise the streets are not paved with people throwing themselves on the beds at the wink or one message stage. Are these programs good for the swinging life style promotion, no I don't think they are I think it is actually damaging. I'm sure others will think differently
