When I first started using this site 10 ish years ago people appeared much more interested in meeting up quickly for mutual fun. Now however it seams more and more want to “fall in love” even before the first meet. |

I don't think people want to fall in love, I think that's slightly dramatic.
People want to be safe and meeting some randomers they've hardly said two words to isn't safe, people want to be attracted to the cock owner they are about to sit in, that isn't wrong.
Spontaneous - a good way to end up on a Netflix documentary.

Spontaneity can develop once you know someone …. So it’s still alive … I guess you / we can’t just expect it for a first meet everytime because attitudes change too…. And if someone feels safer then they can be more obliged to then develop into moments of ‘I have to have you now’

I wouldn't look for spontaneity on the Internet as you still have to organise yourself and it's never instant. I found my partner in a coffee shop, walked over and talked him...for me that's spontaneous. If I see someone I like on a club I'll make the move, for me that's spontaneous. |

A lot changes in ten years. We've been through a long period where we were in lockdown and semi lockdown. That makes people approach life differently.
I've never been spontaneous when it comes to meeting strangers from the net though. I always told my kids to be very wary of who they were talking to on the net and never to go and meet them without first establishing exactly who they were and their motives. I see no reason not to follow that advice myself. If that seems like falling in love to you I would agree. It's falling in love with staying safe. |

Spontaneity isn't dead. It's happy and alive in many aspects.
Unlike many people who met complete strangers off the internet in private locations on a whim.
I'm happy to be spontaneous with relatively safe situations 💜 |
