"Make sure you're really chilled out and relaxed, and that you're unlikely to be disturbed. If I'm even slightly on edge then it won't work!"
Okay thank you… I have heard everything needs to be relaxed but that’s easier said than done |

Totally agree that being relaxed is the key.
Lovehoney do some really good beginners toys. Take it steady, use lots of lube and above all if it hurts, STOP. It’ll take time but you’ll get onto bigger toys. Enjoy lovely xxx |

The control takes a while to learn, when you have mastered that and ready to try a real live cock I think you will find that easier and much nicer than a toy but I would advise starting off small. When trying to insert something you need to push out and it slips in, it sort of opposite to what is natural lol. |

Advice from a gay guy here:
1. Clean out first. No need to go crazy. A small rubber bulb douche is fine. Plain warm water - nothing fancy in it.
2. Lube. Lots of it. I prefer oil based like Vaseline but it’s not suitable for condoms or latex toys. Silicon lube is good but a pain to clean up. Water based if you must but you’ll need to keep reapplying it.
3. Go slow. Gentle fingering first to relax. When you enter, don’t push straight in. If it starts to hurt, stop - but keep it there. A minute later the muscles will relax and you can go deeper. Repeat as needed.
4. P*ppers are a big help here. But obvs don’t mix with viagra and get advice if any heart conditions.
5. Enjoy |
