For some reason that brings to mind "Are you Markinson?" from 'A few Good Men' (one of my all time favourite films from 1992).
Ultimately tho, anyone fake isn't going to reveal themselves.
Personally I'd say there are way more fantasists than fakes (muddying the water for the genuine people here) and that, if you are looking to meet up and are over say 50, your chances of that reality, probably diminish exponentially.

Fake is a hard term to define.
We get called fake alot because we don't meet people quickly and do to that aren't real 😂
Fake couples profiles are pretty rife but not quite as bad as they were when we last had an account.
So what do you define as fake OP? |

There's a lot of fake profiles with husband wanting to show off their wives. A guy I know posted lots of photos of his wife on here without her knowledge..I recognised her and had always wanted to fuck her at first I thought it was legit and started chatting... she never wanted to meet though. I then saw her on a night out and chatted to her in person. She split up.with her husband very soon after and we had a good few meets , she has since gone on to find love elsewhere |

Impossible question to answer as no definitive way to be certain. Definitely some as know from experience. While wastes time when it works so much fun with lovely people. That outweighs the time lost on faked |

Depends on your definition of fake. I'd say that the number of people here who are genuinely open to meet is a lot less than you think |

Sounds like she had a lucky escape (not from you, from the husband). Least you got to have some fun with her before she moved on |

If you think a profile is fake then report it.
If you think a couples profile is just a single guy then report it.
If you think someone is using photos from the Internet then report the image.
Bear in mind that people can and do have their photos elsewhere on the Internet, and that just because someone doesn't want to meet you or a conversation goes dead, that it doesn't mean they're not who they claim.
There are filters you can use to separate verified profiles in searches and to block those unverified from contacting you. Using those may help. |
