Let down on multiple occasions after single men pleaded to be given a chance to join a gangbang and surprise surprise they don’t show up. Are they just fantasists or cold feet? Only really interested in meeting groups of friends with experience of sharing or MM profiles. |

. Honestly your best bet is going to clubs. At least you know they are actually there

Seems to be a very common thing. Couples we've spoken to who arrange GBs say that 1/3 to 1/2 dropout rate is normal and overbook with that expectation. In our experience it's invariably the unverified ones who change their minds, which is why we don't take the chance any more. |

Their wives may have made other plans for them?
If you choose well verified men they're more likely to turn up, though not guaranteed.
If you go to a club on the right night you'll get many willing partners and you can choose. |

I let a meet down once because of motorway delay but I let them know I was not going to make it they got the message or read it after the meet got a second chance later that year and of course turned up |

Why don't "single" men actually turn up to a real gangbang?
Its sadly very simple.
Either the missus has finished the ironing or their mam has called them to say tea is ready so they've run out "I'll just check my emails time".
Its always happened. Certainly when I've organised, many times. It always will. At least we KNOW it happens so forewarned is at least somewhat forearmed. |

I had a gangbang on Saturday and had about 50% turnout.
From my experience it's almost entirely fantasists that say they will be there and then come up with the shittiest excuse when they don't turn up. My block list grows  |

Both.
Arranging troops for this is the bane of many a producer. Get ten to say yes & only one arrives.
Even the swinging world has difficulty but when it’s in the confines of a club it’s a safer bet.

Do in clubs or better porn cinemas . Not as active as we were but tried this with varying levels of success on other sites.Used all the tips eg invite twice as many as you need due to no shows , first one we did had 13 "guaranteed" and mainly verified guys (another 5 had not replied when invited ) and all confirmed day of meet which was a 7pm start..From 2pm they dropped like flies for various reasons. A couple never messaged at all and at 7pm we had a single solitary guy show up and yes we played.
Since joining here took a lot of advice and hence use venues now and don't prearrange, the cinemas have a lot of guys usually..The other one to suggest as there ARE genuine ones out there is we've had several private house ones with established GB groups who can provide 7 or more reliable guys .All takes a lot of organising but as you say OP the cold feet rate when guys are offered something they claim to really want is astonishing and disappointing.

In the light of the few responses that single guys actually get, it's surely madness to waste those opportunities.
I personally can't see the point in lying to people then letting them down.
I've turned up to every meet I've ever agreed to.
Which is admittedly not that many..  |

Pretty sure this is the predominant explanation. The ridiculous thing is that having already pulled a no show or last minute cancellation the majority of these twits will come back within 48 hours looking for a second chance.
