We are looking into attending a group social as an ice breaker. We've never been to one before, as all of our meets have been private meets from here or real life.
What's the best way to find them?
How do they work? (eg. Is there a hired venue and everyone is there for a social, or is it an open-to-public place and you have to work it out)
Do you need an invite or to sign up?
Sorry for the questions, it's a new area of the LS for us.
Thanks. x |

"We host one monthly at Flirts Bar/Xtasia.
Sounds great!
Although I live in Manchester definitely interested to attend if work allows"
I'm sure there will be some closer to home for you. Keep checking the events page 😊 |

I hope there are but havent found any I could attend yet.
Birmighan is not that far and I’m sure it will be worth it from I see on your profile.
I have been to watch football so why not at these events
Also, someone I have been chatting on here suggested a first meet at Xtasia 😊 |

You will probably come across event organisers or look at your local club as sometimes they have social only events.
We’ve been to socials where it’s been organised so everyone in the room is on FAB or another site and so there’s no none LS people.
We’ve also been to socials where afterwards you go to a club, if you want and ones that have been a takeover of a club.
Group socials are great for seeing people face to face, getting to know their personalities too.

Yes, one my local clubs do a Newbies night on Thursdays (I think) but not sure of that being a social but I’m honestly open to any type in a way.
I’m looking to meet like minded people to develop friendships and hopefully much more. |
