Sounds pretty normal - just aim for a lot more than you actually want. As others say, rule of thumb is 2-3 times as many as you want, so if you wanted 17 guys then get around 42 to agree to attend. |

Yep, that sounds about the right figures. We have those kinda number every event we hold.
