Why Are Swingers Clubs 21+ When Everything Else Is 18+? FabSwingers Age Range?

Hey everyone, I’m new to the lifestyle and trying to wrap my head around something. I’ve been checking out FabSwingers and looking into swingers clubs, and it seems like every club I find is 21+, but “normal” clubs, drinking, sex, and loads of other stuff are all 18+. Like, why the higher age limit for swingers clubs? It makes no sense to me! Also, what’s the age range of most people on FabSwingers or in these clubs? Are there younger folks (like early 20s) or is it all older couples? TIA for any insights! |

I can't answer for the clubs but in general swinging requires a level of maturity to get your head around ethical non monogamy rather than just sleeping around plus of course the lifestyle and swinging community in general. Maybe clubs are trying to limits entry to people with that level of understanding but I would actually think it would probably be much older in reality, although everyone's different of course.
I got into swinging in my mid forties and it took a lot to get my head around it but glad that I did. |
