Recently I've been feeling really insecure around my size and recent weight gain. ( I used to go to the gym very regularly )
It would be really nice to see some positivity around Chunky people, curvy/bbw/plus size gals
And let's not forget the guys sporting a Dad bod, big cuddly bears, lads with thick thighs at a heavier size.

I think you're in the minority here, then! I wish more people thought like you! I'm of the "cuddly bear" variety to the point where my other half used to call me her "own personal big, cuddly teddy bear"! Which was great until I found myself a single dad six years ago. But my size isn't particularly appreciated on here. However, when I finally realised that, it did give me the kick up the arse I needed to start a journey to change things and will also be better for me in the long run. So it's all good (so far!)

I’ve come to terms with my dadbod, and absolutely adore Mrs CPs curves, although she has the similar self confidence as a few others here which is a shame.

I sometimes think too much is made of having to be superfit, or slim etc
.
I've a belly overhang from delivering three babies and enjoying my wining and dining.
And I often find two larger men, with that non-gym body is more of a turn on than the guys with the six-pack who bench press three times their body weight, or whatever.
Each to their own but guys and gals...be proud of what you look like and embrace it.
