Best or worst excuse for cancelling a meeting

To many to list but funniest one was a woman cancelled on me saying her kids were back home early so we couldn't meet up.. Turned out she blew me out because of meeting someone else, which turned out to be a friend of mine on here.. She didn't know I knew him and he didnt know I was meeting her..
Only knew when he phoned me as his car wouldn't start as he left his lights on . Recognised the address straight away lol..
Let's just say she was looking mortified haha..

So many excuses, personal fave had to be an unverified guy we were taking a rare chance on having chatted for a while and he turned around to say he was waiting to see if he would essentially get a better offer from someone else |

Had similar, family get together, then a veri appeared saying what a great meet on that day. |
