If they don’t show their face it’s unlikely to be an issue. This is more about filming without the other person’s knowledge. Sharing it is a separate matter.

Had a bit of public fun with a hotwife and her husband...kissing, touching, the usual playful stuff. At one point, I looked up to catch my breath and noticed her hubby holding his phone up. ...claimed he was just checking messages, but it looked suspicious.his phone was angled high, and the camera seemed pointed right at us. Felt awkward at the time and make my excuses and left which didn't feel nice |
