Take it in stages so gets used to it, short periods to start with then extend it.
Takes time to find right cage that he will feel comfortable in, mancage do a good range.
Get him to wear tight boxers overnight to keep it all in place and doesn't pull while he's asleep.

we found that the smaller the better, a perfect fit when he is soft just slightly smaller. make sure the ring is an excellent fit then as others say ramp up the time he is locked up. keep hygiene standards very high. We have different materials just to mix it up. He now begs to be caged as it’s such a part of our life
