What have you said or done that put off a swing friend (or prospective one)?
Pre-lifestyle and many moons ago, we arranged a threesome with a lady, met for social and all was good. Leading up to the day itself, exchanging a few messages and I made a joke about her “being ours” or something - she took it as if I was serious, and that put her off.
