It depends on what you mean by courses and shibari.
Off the top of my head, there are very few places that have a curriculum.
There is Anatomie Studio in Peckham that has beginner classes every Thursday but you have to pre-book and most are booked in advance. It regularly holds workshops on various aspects of shibari you can Google its website.
There is Peer Rope Sutton once a month where you can learn beginner items.
I think there are other pop up events ones in North London.
The London Alternative Market has a beginners rope workshop late afternoon,and a rope space in the evening. But tickets sell fast for the workshop.
Please note that these are inclusive spaces they are not sex events.
