The best way to start a conversation is to start a conversation.

Not one that instucts or expects or involves sex and doesn't take you or the recipient out of their comfort zone from the off.

I've never had much issue getting a response even when I was a newbie because I just type messages in the same manner as I would strike up a conversation with someone sitting beside me.

It's not foolproof because not everyone wants that type of approach but it worked for me.

Just A Stranger In A Strange Land.

In the years of experience I’ve gained since I created a profile 8 weeks ago, this is my MO.

I only send messages to profiles that show as on-line. It doesn’t guarantee a reply but all the replies I do get are from people currently active. The message is at the top of the in-box, not sent 2 days ago and in the middle of page 5 (or however this site works for those that popular).

Also I often send a DM about a post the Lady or Couple have made in the forums. Again doesn’t guarantee a response but it’s conversation topic/starter.
