Locked 24/7 in small cages.
Been a 5yr journey to get there and is just the norm for me and Dicklette now.  .
Use a small baby cobra style, but for additional snugness I cable tie barrel lock. No quick escape ( not that its needed). But it greatly eliminates any play / gapping on pins. You'll know if familiar with 3D cages.
Also enjoy using a Pink Holy Trainer Nub. I'd certainly recommend them , great cages.
Certainly hides Dicklette away.
Also enjoy small metal cages and flat inverted.
Can never have enough.

A good thing to consider is an additional strap? They work really well in holding base ring back. And there is no pulling away once arousal starts. Also no discomfort either.
Have a think on Holy Trainer cages. They are very comfortable even in an aroused state.

If you got a Holy Trainer with various base ring sizes, you may just need to go up a size when adding a strap?
It can be personal preference.
I find I just need to up the base ring to take into consideration the strap material thickness.
But very pleasurable when using the strap. I don't always use, just depends on mood and if I'm meeting. I love having everything restrained back.

The base ring is important to Size you normally get a selection of sizes with each cage. As long as you can put your finger under the ring with ease when fitting should be fine. Cage length go for standard rather than nub or small to start with. His little dick will adapt to cage.

Plastic ones Ur clear ones are crap usually crack or break along seams ,metal is good but expensive with zero give in them ,I preferred resin ones ,prettier and colour choices plus sturdier than plastic alone  |

So as someone who is a full time wearer of a chastity cage it has taken me and my partner a long time to get to this stage however we have not dont the small cages unless we are having bedroom fun
