WHY NOT MORE OLDER LADIES

hi all.
we just wondered why there arent more older ladies on here. there are hundreds of older guys, many very nice and genuine but single.
is it that older ladies fear that their body isnt what it once was or do they fear being branded as a tart or a whore.

I don't necessarily think it's that at all.
In my circle of friends from here there are plenty of older ladies, although I guess it depends what you feel is "older"
For some ladies....
Maybe they have very busy lives and aren't looking to add sexual encounters to their activities. Maybe they go to clubs more and don't find fab an effective use of their time. |

ok Glitterbabe, thanks for your reply. i guess that could be a reason. we have only been to a club once and there seemed to be more older guys than ladies there although i guess the ladies could have persuaded a friend to take them x |

I agree Glitterbabe & would add that the lasting effects of the menopause steals the sex drives of so many women sobinbtheir latter years, aging & menopause combined makes sex, let alone Fab, unappealing.
Also, as I'm sure you'll agree,there are many guys (not the majority thankfully) on Fab who treat the women on cam as if they are some kind of 'stripper' or 'performer'. Most women (mature/older) I know rightly wouldn't take kindly to that sort of treatment that was most likely disyed out to them at home or in the workplace in the 70's & 80's.
p.s. Glitterbabe, while I enjoy my wine, I like to pour rum over my pancakes, pop it in the microwave and then when it's steaming, put a scoop of ice cream in. Roll it up into a tube and enjoy.

I think they get banned, re-register a new free account under a new name & continue on where they left off.
I'm sure Fab Admin have toyed with the idea of having Chatrooms solely for well verified couples & females or 'meet' verified users but if the had those I reckon there'd only be men & fake females/couples in the remaining rooms.
I dunno about you guys but there are fewer a d fewer ladies/couples on cam in recent years. Fab has suffered from competition from other sites, those with Gram & Graph in their names perhaps. I'm not a user of them myself but.... |

My thoughts exactly.Many now 'Senior ladies', if I can use that term, lived through the male dominated workplaces in the 70's & 80's & know they don't have to put up with misogyny on Fab in the new millenium.

If ever there was a community [probably too grand a term for Fab] where females truly have the upper hand, it's Fab. That said, for me there's long been a need for the site owners to do something to control abuse of women, reduce the numbers of real females/couples leaving and instead make it an attractive place for new female/couples members.
One thing they might try is charging unverified members, make the verification process tight & offer free one year full membership to genuine females and couples possibly as soon as they are meet verified.
But I'm no accountant so what do I know.

I think controlling abuse lies firmly in the hands of the abusers.
The site has a report system in place and there are mail filters, FAQs, safer meets and sexual health links at the bottom of the home page |

Sure, you're 100% correct Nicecouple, those people should not engage in abusive behaviours and the - very overworked & unrewarded - Mods, like yourselves do a great job in firing out immediate bans & keeping an eye on what's being said
As I understand it though, on Fab, an individual can repeatedly leave or get banned but then return to open another account & continue their behaviour. I doubt that use of the "Report" option can solve that issue or does it?.
N.B. I am only commenting based on what others have said in various chatrooms to me over the years I've been on Fab. I'm not female so I've only experienced few & comparatively minor instances of aggressive behaviour (from both men & women).
I enjoy lots of things about Fab & that's why I renew my membership but other than adding an extra Chatroom & allowing videos, it hasn't improved very much over the 10+ years I've been on. That said, I appreciate that it is a victim of the trends seen on Social Media sites and most of them are far better resourced but can't solve it either.

My guess is because that there are a million and one better places for older women to meet single men ( or women)for sex than Fab. I believe it’s the same for single men too, but many believe signing up here will be easier than the real world or vanilla dating sites. Women know that finding someone to have sex with is simple, It’s the finding someone you want to have sex with that’s a bit trickier. What you won’t generally find in real life or vanilla dating apps is sex with couples or other more niche experiences. That’s where Fab is great. |
