I'm guessing that he can't verify you, as he's not yet verified by someone who is. Once he has been, or you have been, you'll be able to verify the other party and vice versa. |

I know it’s a bind but it keeps the verification system more trustworthy. If unverified accounts could verify other unverified accounts then verifications would not count for much as it would be too easy to fake them. |

Go to a social event and chat to people, a lot of organisers will provide a verification to an attendee. |
