Start with a plug set, smallest first for a few days to a week. Increase the length of time wearing it. I used to go shopping with mine in.

Then up the sizes. When you feel comfortable.

Depending on your relationship with pain, I find that using a dildo before anal, to stretch helps to ease the beginning of a cock.
