We would love to have a hot meet in a nice house/mansion with hot tub etc, swimming pool etc, we did get invited to one in Ascot last year when in the area but unfortunately we didn’t feel the attraction. Has anyone ever had meets in such venues. Did it add to heighten your sexual arousals? Not being snobbish at all, just think would be a hot environment to have naughty fun with sexy people, maybe a full 24/48 hrs of hot sex. We do have nice (normal) house ourselves too lol. |

I had a meeting with a couple in their place and honestly it was the coolest flat I've ever been in. Their taste in decor was modern and interesting, even in the bathroom there was cool stuff to just look at, and the lighting was immaculate. Even if they didn't want to do anything naughty I would have just enjoyed spending time in their place |

I was with a lady friend and it was a large house in Sussex. Very secluded, about 10 couples, they had an outdoor pool. It was very elegant and tasteful. Not at all snobby. They did have Fortnum and Mason teabags though. |

Once attended a party at a big mansion house, private swimming pool and snooker room were both put to good use 
Was also once invited out to stay with a couple at their villa in Spain, I was quite gong then though and less confident so never did go |

Many years ago when I co-owned a minibus company I took a party out to Loch Lomondside to a very big posh house
I went back later that evening to pick the party up and was invited into the house.
I discovered this was a regular monthly swinging house and was therefore invited back the following month an every month thereafter for a couple of years
Turns out the owner was Lord someone or other and was a predominant High Court Judge |

I live in a rather large and lovely house. 6 bedrooms which would be perfect for a grown up party....sadly, I also share it with my aged mother who I have no doubt was a fan of such things when younger (married 4 times) but would be somewhat off putting! Hoping to pack her off on holiday at some point and throw a fun evening drinks and fun session with a few couples I've known for sometime from here.
As a younger chap I once entertained a hot wife at an outrageous mansion near Dartmoor. Lovely couple who have sadly moved overseas now to escape the lunatic in No 11 Downing Street. |

Overseas I was invited to a couples "summer cottage residence" about an hour north of the capitol city.
200 square metre wooden cabin, 5 acres of rolling lawns with a lakeside position. I was swimming naked off their pontoon at midnight during the summer solstice.... A true memory that will stay with me forever. |

House, no… but we were invited to play on a yacht that was double the price of our house when bought second-hand! It was fun dropping anchor in the estuary along side half a dozen other yachts which also seemed yo’ve “rocking” a little more than the calm sea would suggest 🤭 …it must be “a thing” that those with such lavish toys do on a Saturday night 😈 |

Many moons ago I was invited to this couples massive house in gated grounds with intercom entry. As soon as I went inside I recognised him from (occasional) TV. Didn't let on though, fab evening was had ! |

Did get a message off someone on here about a place near Warrington with hot tub etc that can be rented and the guy who owns it is a swinger, so definitely places out there for this. |

I’ve used a couple of nice air BnB’s for swinging meets. There’s a nice one near Chester that has an outdoor hot tub. I booked the place for 3 people so the owners wouldn’t complain when the couple I was meeting turned up. |

We’ve got a nice warehouse style open-plan place, urban artwork etc…. There’s nothing we love more than visiting people with similar places….. we’re not rich but lovely spaces are great and add to the vibe, so any couples or guys with similar shout us xx |

When I first started swinging 25 years ago, my partner at the time and I used to get invited to parties in the nicer parts of Cheshire. After we split, I continued getting invited to them and ended up going to some big houses in the home counties too |
