You will need to invite a lot more guys (probably theee times the number) than you think you want. Most will not turn up despite swearing blind they will.
You will have more luck with people who have veris/experience from previous GBs - they know what to expect. |

Good idea to arrange it at a club rather than hotel etc as if some don’t show up then you’ll likely have lots more to choose from. Also less admin in terms of people arriving and leaving and being in a place where a mess can be easily cleaned up lol

Iv got one on 2nite and organised a fair few, i use a few discreet hotels, easy access, good parking etc. I normally use the same reliable guys who can perform in a group setting and are ok around other guys, alot of guys talk a great game the bottle it on the day.  |

I'd say that a club is probably your safest bet to get the numbers as the men will be there already. No shows can be a problem.
Perhaps you could contact men that you've met previously if you know they are reliable and fun? |

As other have said, find an established local group. Otherwise (as this thread shows) you'll have no shows, offers from folks hundreds of miles away and all sorts of other nonsense. |

Have arranged a few happy to share s as my insights that I can
Venue is always a key consideration, smaller numbers a hotel can work otherwise I’ve always tended to hire an apartment or house, but think about location and logistics of getting everyone there.
That for me then helps when thinking about who to invite, if it’s someone miles away or who doesn’t drive then it will limit them to certain places/venues.
When choosing guys I now nearly always select them based on recommendations from couples I know who’ve met them or I’ve met them at parties or have good recent verifications
Lastly good luck, it’s never easy, but when it comes off is well worth it |

Will it be one in one?
Cant make it that day can I come another day?
How many guys will be there?
Will there be another woman there?
Will someone be filming it ?
Then near the time expect all the excuses for not being able to make it, if they bother to message as most won't.
Have to work.
Dog/cat/goldfish ill.
Car not working.

Meet each of them in advance, to assess suitability and reliability. Consider using a club, as others there could be suitable standing, when you get sob story no shows or they don't even bother to communicate |

*Put sheeting down to avoid stains
* Insist everyone is lubed head to in vaseline (just in case)
* Safety google are recommended
* A snack/refreshment table is always appreciated (some disposable gloves on the table help counter the vaseline)
* A guest book to sign on the way out is a touching souvenir to mark the occasion |

We’ve done lots - see our vids
We prefer established groups and let them organise venue.
Get lots of strangers together is hard, like herding cats!
4 is about the optimal number for guys attending.
Amazing fun! Worth the effort.
