For those that maybe don’t know, two new laws passed this week. One banning age play which i assume everyone should fully support but the other attacks bdsm breath control. Its not something we do but aware its a popular kink. Now the act, ownership or publication of anything restricting breathing is considered illegal in the uk and punishable by 2 years at HMP and a spot the sex offenders list. Its understandable that violent acts shouldn’t be tolerated but the whole point of SM play is the transfer of trust surely which ignores those that must practice responsibility 🤷♂️. Regardless its a good time to review your gallery folders before Sydney university reports you 🤭 |

Iceland, but sainsburys is closer.. |
This will be very hard to enforce, a video purporting to be an office could be argued away as acting without medical evidence of thr contrary.
And then theres consensual acts; what individuals consent to do to one another is difficult to prosecute against. Again, it boils down to medical evidence and if neither individual will submit to medical examination, there is no case. |
