Hi all, quite new to the site and not sure if this has been covered recently but I'm intrigued by what would be 'lots' of messages.
You can read profiles which state "getting far too many messages to reply to for x,y,z resons" etc etc. So, how many messages/winks/whatever might a high interest profile (eg attractive couple, pics, can accomm, both bi ... nada nada) expect on an average day.
I wouldn't like to guess but when you log on you see 4000+ peeps on site - although not sure if that's UK only. |

To be honest I probably only get around 5-10 new contacts in a 24hrs period… but then again my heading says I don’t want any new “are you interested” messages at the moment… and when it’s obvious they haven’t bothered reading my profile or ignored what it says… then it’s still 5-10 too many! lol
But there are factors which change this:
Having a ‘meet today’ request up… it’s about one message per minute for the best part of an hour.
What time I am online…. there are certain times of day I’ll get more mail if I am online and the more you are online the more you get.
Being a single fem logged on after ‘closing’ will see a rush towards your inbox but the standard of message tends to be “feelin horni u interested” 
Going in the chatroom at anytime of day will easily quadruple the messages received.
Going in the chatroom after ‘closing’ …. well I dare not count.
Going on cam in the chatroom with a bit of flesh showing …. pick a number between 20-50 then roll some dice and multiply the number you pick by the number you rolled.

Could be anything from 1 to 100 messages
If you see that on a profile we’d imagine it means, “don’t bloody email me/us” or they just don’t reply to messages.

It depends with us, as someone said earlier - time of day, ad in 'meet today'section etc - we don't go into the chat rooms so that doesn't apply - I guess we get average 5 - 10 per day - thats first contact mails - not from friends etc Z |

id agreee with this, i get about 10 messages per day and theyre not all from new contacts but can be from people i regularly talk to or friends.
i make it quite clear in my profile that i have preferences and am not free 24/7 for sex and i think the number of replies i get reflects that there is an element of self selection for the blokes that generally works. |

Yep, that's my experince too. Come 11pmish if I'm online I get around 10 messages from very young members or men in hotel rooms asking if "I wanna cum ova"! I usually grab my toothbrush and clean knickers for those: NOT!!
Outside of that about 4/5 a day if I've been on during the last 24 hours, much more if I'm online! |

i get loads, depending on how long im on the site etc, when i log on i usually have about 15/20 already there, but soon as i log on more messages seem to start coming thro, if i go in chat room and put cam on i get loads, ive had anything upto about 60 messages in a hour if im sat on cam, but then as a single female i would expect other women in here would get the same, single women are always going to attract more interest i think  |
