It depends on the person and the tattoo(s).

On big muscular guys they can add to the macho image whereas on smaller guys like me they don't look as good

Love tattoos on guys generally, and heavily tattooed works well on some, occasionally not so well. The sexier the guy, the more he can carry anything off and still unpeel the panties.
