now that is hardly timewasting
Why should anyone be kicked off the site for changing their minds about someone?
Ive chatted to people for a while and then decided they're not for me,nothing wrong with that at all

"perhaps they had a change of heart, people can change thier minds, its not like you had a date or anything set up"
Yes they can change their minds, but a reply just to say so would have been nice. |

See "Friends Request" thread.
There are people that send out friend requests just to look at your private pictures. It could be they are pic collectors or something in your pics didn't appeal.
You need to be selective in who you befriend. Just because you reply to every mail doesn't mean they will. Also if you've bombarded them with messages and they've not replied they probably thought you were pushy! |

no there isnt anything wrong with changing your mind, but a quick message to say so would have been nice "
It happens, you just need to move on but i wouldnt say it was timewasting just because they have blocked you... They must have had their reasons x |

no i don't think it's time wasting, this is just a sight to meet people,as a couple we never say we are going to do anything till we first meet see how we get on sort of thing, there is a lot of people like that,it's about meeting nice people as much as it's about swinging!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Sorry to hear of your experience Yorkie, but it isn't timewasting in my opinion.
A friend invitation/wink or message is not necessarily a precursor to new notches on the bedpost! It's just a starting point, after which either party can make their excuses (or not, as the case may be) and decide to go no further.
Many people respond in different ways, personally I try to reply to everyone that writes to us, but I know others are too shy to give a negative response so just say nothing instead.
For me a timewaster is someone who makes a firm commitment, either to meet/cam or call and subsequently decides not to do so for whatever reason, it's frustrating, no doubt, but it's part of real life as much as it is this weird one :D |
