What has happened is when he was younger his father did not advise him how to pull back the foreskin so that he could clean it properly. With some persistence and whilst he is in the bath which does sooth the pain he can then get it right the way back so he can clean it. He would not have been circumcised at all and what it could also mean to him is that once he has got it fully back if his banjo has not been torn it will get it the first time he fucks someone. |

Sorry to the guys with a tight foreskin but is the biggest turn off for me. I just couldnt touch it. Not only are they not nice to look at i would be very concerned about the hygene. I've been through this. Tight foreskin then circumcision.
Wish I'd done it earlier. Lost a few years when it was too painful to penetrate.
One thing the surgeon did get wrong. He said it wouldn't make it any bigger and it did, simply because now the skin isn't too tight it fills up with blood.

That condition is called phimosis. There are many men who have it and they can have a perfectly satisfactory sexlife. Hygiene is not a problem at all; the glans can be cleaned. Only if the penis cannot stretch fully when erect, an operation is advisable. To laugh is silly, as he will have felt ridiculed, although that is not an excuse for slapping.

G, leave it be hun, like an earlier poster said, unclean most likely, not so much the guys fault more medical I'd say. Suggest he have a minor op like a snip which will allow the foreskin to go back all the way, or go the whole hog and have a circumcision. I did on my 19th birthday (what a pressure that was lol) and I have never looked back  |
