And there are a few of those round here (one in particular).
I like to see veris on account but not everyone wants them or chooses to show them, so a profile without any, even if it's been on here a while, wouldn't concern me too much. |

I disagree. have been trying since i got on with all manner of request. from messages to forums to cam rooms. i gave up when i found out there was a social on this weekend though so i'm just going to that |

I've seen a lot of profiles who have been on here for over a year and still don't have verifications. Would you trust this sort of profile?
I am extremely skeptical of such profiles and certainly would not hold my breath waiting for them to turn up for a meet!
In my experience they either come up with a last minute excuse why they cannot make it, or after much messaging they say sorry you are not my/our type or worst of all just fail to turn up.
Having said that, I still give some the benefit of the doubt, just go on gut instinct - it may be that they did have verifications but the people who verified them have since left the site

 what he said. Seen so many profiles that are clearly linked with veris and same folks in the pictures. Nothing to stop you opening three or 4 accounts and verifying each of those with the others.
They're (in the most part) all pish. And the writing/ grammar in some of them is just horrible. |

I was once contacted by a couple who'd been on site over a year with no veris. I asked why, they explained, I spoke to the female, we met socially, we later had a lovely play meet. I would maybe be a bit more suspicious of a single female in the same circumstances but would ask and if explanation and phone chat allayed my concerns I'd arrange a social if we got on - same for single guys but I think they're often the section of Fab that have the hardest time getting verified as they're the bigger percentage. End of the day, I trust my own instincts - only had one no show in the 2+ years I've been on Fab |

Lol thanks to the translator. Want verified? (Joke!) but that aside, I'm sure there's a lot of that going on too. Few emails then verifying.
It's not an exact science for sure, no 100% way of ensuring someone is legitimate. Gut instinct is the key. |

Yes. I don't need the opinions of total strangers in deciding whether to meet another stranger. The only opinion that matters is mine.
Most people I've met don't have verifications, they don't want or seek them: they, like me, use their own judgement. |

I honestly can't get my head around people relying on the inane ramblings of post coital strangers to determine whether to meet another stranger for sex!  |

We have been on Fab for over a year and only recently got our first veri (meeting). We have only met 2 couples from the site but that's through choice.
If we start chatting to a couple we always ask if the fem is willing to swap phone numbers, or chat on the phone with mrs hrnycpl.....then we can verify that they're who they say they are and vice versa |

Well from what we've seen these profiles are easy to spot. All you have to do us check those that verified them and then their veri's. You find most of the fake accounts will lead you to veri's from people with profile hidden, no other veri apart from the person ur checking, no veri's at all etc etc. if you look at our veri's hopefully you'd be confident that ALL are genuine because they're all genuine people. I certainly think 9 out of 10 is a bit high. I'd say 1 out of 10 myself. |

In as far as are they likely to actually want to meet, no a bit of experience says these people tend to talk the talk and that's it. So we wouldnt spend too much time engaging in messages. |
