We once met a lovely couple up near John O Groats - but we were touring Scotland anyway on the bikes! We're happy to travel to meet nice people and an hours drive isn't a problem at all. Z

lol that would feel to the end of the world driving down to you lol

Years ago used to be a nightmare where you used to get stuck in a huge traffic jam going nowhere at Indian queens ( I think it was called )until they sorted a bypass...but even now I am guessing it would take about 6 hours.......hhmmm 6 minutes to the next street might be quicker

About an hour, maybe a little more, if we are going to play, and longer than that if we are going to stay overnight.

Been to many socials in Glasgow and Edinburgh from my East Dorset home. I`d probably do the same for a meet if I knew the person(s).

As long as it isn't half-day closing

And as long as Horlicks is supplied on arrival.

I think an hour and a half max - though it depends on whether you are staying the night...

Some of us are used to drivign with our jobs so a decent drive to meet the right people is nothing really

I find it very hard to travel for meets really as I dont own a car. I do borrow my parents tho but takes lots of organising to sort. But have got on a couple of trains once to get to a club meet. All ok if you have the money for the train/fuel...

My partner lives about an hour away and to be honest I don't think I'd like to travel any further than that for a meet.

We do travel up to chams in darlaston occasionally which is about 2-2.5 hours each way depending on the traffic.

Bucks

we often travel up to about a 100 miles each way for a meet even if not staying over; though have travelled much further afield when we do (home to Redcar 260miles each way - but well worth it)

Last year we clocked up some 3,800 miles attending meets & socials

"Hmmm to the end of the next road."

What if the next road happened to be the M1?

But jesting aside probably about an hour to an hour an a half's drive. Unless of course I knew something extremely delicious and kinky awaited the end of my long slog!

It all depends on how much money ive got, like this week ive nothing as i was overdrawn but last week about 8 miles

Ive this little good manners problem that doesnt like the idea of someone paying to come visit me and then nothing happens for one reason or another

Generally we've been happy to travel a couple of hours in the past for a social drink but think we'll only go that far again for existing playmates. We traveled 254 miles to a 5 cple Party/orgy and back one weekend, we already knew 2 of the cples and it was well worth it but we don't think we would do it again.

K&T xx xx
