Go halves. If they are on Fab as a couple then they are one unit (for want of a better name) and you are the other.

If they are on separately but play as a couple then split it three ways.

Depends if they're staying the night and your only going for some fun then I'd expect them to pay. If all where staying then I'd go halves

Whoever is staying the night should pay.

And if nobody is staying - split the cost 50/50!

*but make sure you're the last to leave so they don't see you heading back in to line up a second meet!
