from my experience of going to two and talking to the two organisers.. invite twice as many as the lady can comfortably cope with, be prepared for only half to confirm their attendance.. and then a few to no -show on the day

This and we've organised three of late - one in a club, one at a hotel and one at home.
Not for the faint hearted and be prepared to have let downs and guys who turn up but then leg it!
Once you get to know reliable men, it isn't that hard (no pun intended )
Also you would be surprised at the number of men who actually don't like performing in front of other men, so make sure you set out your requirements early days. |

In my (admittedly) limited experience it's the verified people who don't turn up so that's no guarantee. In fact of the people I've managed to meet on here none were 'verified by others'. Definitely go for bi-curious guys. I'd come if it were closer |

Master Ray has organised a few similar events, although they have been dogging/gangbang events rather than at any particular venue.
As mentioned there will be plenty of no-shows, making some time literally just a few hours beforehand to ask for people helps, those who were last minute add ons tend to be most likely to turn up.
For a little more privacy using a decent size van with a mattress is fun  (ahem, get yourself down to B&Q and get a key fob for their delivery van service, great rates for overnight use and good sized vans  ) and in this weather a little warmer...
Other than this a club can be a great place for such a fantasy - set up in a room, open the door, ensure YOU are in charge and usually word gets around fairly quickly  |

I've been to a few gang bangs and there are loads that don't turn up but quite a few men have problems getting a stiffy whilst surrounded by other men. During one event I couldn't cum and it was about 90 degrees outside, I nearly passed out as I was trying my hardest to finish off but it wasn't happening, dunno why but everyone thought I was a right stud lasting so long  |
