Can someone please explain to me the logic employed by single men who pose as women in their profiles?
For that matter, the thinking behind sending messages like "hi hun" to other single men who's profiles state clearly that they are straight and not looking for single men?
Do they really expect to meet up?... and how do they envisage that meet, predicated upon the expectation of them being a woman, transpiring if not without their nose being punched through the back of their head?
Seriously ... what the fuck are they thinking?! |

The reason they send things such as " hi hun " is beacause they find it difficult typing with one hand. Their life's are so sad that any interaction with another human being even online,is a buzz for them.
I used to get annoyed about fakes but now I feel nothing but pity for them. Just remember these are people with very low self esteem issues and they have no conscience sadly. |

They are just hunting for pictures of straight men as its a common fetish in the gay community. They never intend to meet up. The reverse of it is I get a lot of messages from 'straight' men hiding their bi side because a lot of women/couples won't meet up with bi guys. |

I've been accused of being a guy, a pic collector and a fake.
I mean you can tell by my profile that I'm fishing for invites and that I've nicked loads of pics by the length of my friends list.
Meh, doesn't really bother me tbh. I'm not able to meet right now so I just block them.
Why people pretend to be something else? Guess it satisfies a walter mitty flight of fantasy for them. They are pretty easy to spot too, and surely anyone sensible will arrange a webcam session and/or phonecall to confirm identity/gender before going for a meet. |

This sums it up in a nutshell lol
I have no friends I have no life I can't get a woman to talk to .i have no self esteem , I am still a virgin even though I am 47 . I went on a date once , but she didn't want to stay more than 2 seconds because I am a creepy weirdo. I have 30 cats and collect newspapers, and ladies knickers of my neighbours washing lines .
If I pretend I am a woman at least people will talk to me .

Pretty much this. It's a fantasy thing. I don't think they have any intention of doing anything beyond chatting. I don't think it's a gay thing either. It's a thrill of being wanted & pursed, which is probably not something that happens to them. The female they are pretending to be becomes like an avatar.
Or maybe I'm over thinking it. Doesn't condone it either way. |
