Looks awful to me from a visual point of view (my toes curl up) and I can't take anything too large without feeling very uncomfortable so a fist I'm sure would be off the scale in terms of pain. Dunno what the appeal is of seeing a woman stretched like she would be giving birth but to each their own. I'd rather stay tight and enjoy it!

This is EXACTLY my problem with it. On the one occassion I tried it hurt so much even at 3/4 fingers and it took me straight back to memories of childbirth, which, whilst something wonderful in it's own right, it is not a memory I find erotic or sexy at all.
